Clam Chowder
The Campbell Christmas Eve tradition
.
6 cans clams
¾ lb bacon
6 c water
15 potatoes
9 c milk
4 ½ t salt
1 ½ c onion
Dash pepper
Fry bacon, remove, fry onion, add water, potatoes, clam juice, and salt. Cook 10 – 15 minutes.
