Lynn Turner's Sweet and Sour Sauce

Karine: We love this. Simple but delicious. Try with Nary’s Egg Rolls.

1c sugar

½ c water

1/8 c vinegar

1/8 c soy sauce

Bring these to a boil and simmer until it is the right consistency. Make sure the sugar is dissolved. (It will thicken as it cools. If it is too

thick, add a little water.)
