Omelet
Ever try making single omelets for each member of the family? Karine has a better idea.
8 eggs
salt (1 t?)
pepper (dash?)
milk (1/4 cup?)
Mix these together until scrambled. Dump them into a greased 8x8 baking dish. (We like to line ours with foil. It makes a huge difference on clean-up. When we remember we grease the foil, too.) Cover with grated cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 425°.
