Alison: These are dinner and a show—the kids love to watch them bubbling up into weird shapes when you turn on the oven light.
Put 6 T Butter in a glass 9 X 13 pan and melt in a 450° oven.
While it melts, assemble 1 t salt, 1 c milk, and 6 eggs. Mix in 1 c sifted flour. When butter is sizzling, pour batter over butter and cook about 12 min. or until sides are lightly browned.
