Pour about 2 T oil on a cookie sheet, spread around.
Cut potatoes into fries. Spread in one layer on cookie sheet. Spray tops with non-stick spray. Shake Johnny’s Seasoning Salt on them. Bake at 375° til soft (10-15 min.). Half way through, scrape ‘em up and shake ‘em around…or not!
